Terms and Conditions

• Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Members must be aged 16 or over. Members under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before attending.
• Memberships are subject to the minimum commitment applicable to the membership purchased. Pay in Full Memberships are fixed-term and non-refundable.
• Memberships may be frozen once during the membership term for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of one calendar month. Freeze requests must be submitted before the requested freeze period begins.
• Where a medical condition prevents participation in Pilates, a longer freeze may be considered with written confirmation from a registered medical professional confirming that you are unable to participate in Pilates and stating the expected duration of the restriction.
• Medical cancellations will only be considered where written confirmation is provided by a registered medical professional confirming that you are unable to participate in Pilates. A diagnosis alone does not automatically qualify for a medical cancellation. Wellness Lane reserves the right to review all supporting documentation before making a decision and may offer a medical freeze instead of a cancellation where appropriate.
• Unlimited Mat access permits a maximum of one Mat class per day. Reformer class allowances are determined by your chosen membership. 
• All members must complete the Wellness Lane Liability Waiver before attending their first class or Recovery Room session. Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
• Wellness Lane may amend class timetables, instructors, facilities and services where reasonably necessary. Temporary closures or interruptions to part of the studio or its services do not entitle members to a refund unless otherwise required by law.
