We collect personal information including your name, contact details, date of birth, booking history and any health information you voluntarily provide for safety purposes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Your data is used to manage bookings and memberships (via Momence), process payments, store waivers, provide safe instruction, send service updates and (where you consent) marketing communications. We do not sell your data.

We process data under the lawful bases of contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligation and, where necessary, vital interests. Health information is processed only with your explicit consent and for safety purposes.

We may share data with trusted service providers including Momence, Stripe, MailerLite, accountants and insurers. All providers operate in compliance with UK GDPR.

We retain data only as long as necessary for legal, operational and insurance purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the ICO.
